Return and Refund Policy
I hereby acknowledge to have read, understood and agree to abide to the term & Conditions by Om Space Sdn. Bhd.
1. This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable to all services offered by OM Space Sdn.Bhd.
2. OM Space shall use its best efforts to ensure that courses / services are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products / services delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by calling our service consultant within five (5) days upon paying the amount.
3. Within (5) days upon paying the amount, if the customer wishes to request a refund, customers will be entitled to a full refund after deduction of transaction fee, bank charges and SST 6%.
4. The customer acknowledge and agree that any request for cancellation of the Seminar Services after the Cooling Off Period (5 days) shall be subject to the sale discretion and approval of OM SPACE, Should OM SPACE agree to the cancellation, the customer shall be charged a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Seminar Fee for the Seminar Services that the customer have enrolled on.
5. By signing up for any programme, the customer acknowledges that customers are entitled to and shall not claim a refund by strict compliance. The customer further acknowledges that this is an essential term of this agreement which we rely on.
6. No refunds are allowed after 1 month from the signing of this agreement for all programs. If the customer insists on a refund after 1 month with approval of OM SPACE, the customer shall be charged a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) + transaction fee of bank charges and SST.
7. Deposit of less than or equal to RM500 will not be refunded but will instead be credited for use at future OM SPACE events.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not refund any sums to customers as a result of the late arrival to, non-attendance of or withdrawal from, the Seminar Service.
9. If the customer wishes to transfer name or transfer course, RM100 of administration fee is
applicable. For transferring courses, if the value is lower than what the customer paid, we will not
refund the difference of balance in such case.
10. No refund is allowed for any form of digital product in OM SPACE included online course, song, product which has been sold through website.
